Insight SRI is a strategy consulting firm exploring ways to challenge the status quo and
create new business opportunities through technology.

We advise businesses in challenging growth situations; help to launch new companies and new products; assist in market entry; structure turnarounds; and helpt to both analyse and run mergers, aquisitions, and MBOs. Our clients range from some of the largest technology firms and government agencies to promising university spin-outs.

Our approach is based on providing a rigorous analysis of the economics of an opportunity, and we are often asked first to find and create opportunities other cannot not see, then translating that vision into a practical operational plan.

Additionally, where suitable Insight SRI will occasionally invest  in early stage firms (typically seed or start-up technologies), and can engage larger firms with cash flow difficulties on a sweat equity basis.

Insight SRI was created in 2002 with an early emphasis on strategy, commercial and contractual solutions for industry and the military. Early work focussed on deal structuring in the fields of Service Outsourcing, Network Centric Warfare, Network Enabled Capability, and Defence Transformation. By 2004, Insight SRI had expanded its scope to supporting a both some of the largest consulting firms, as well as some small technology start-ups.
