Insight SRI can engage with you on a ‘sweat equity’ basis.
In some circumstances, we are willing to work for equity rather than cash. Similarly, we can link payment to success fees, work on a shared revenue basis, or use combinations of the above to link payment to performance.
Sweat equity arrangements are popular with start-ups and pre-revenue spin-outs who have promising futures but little cash on hand. We typically split the value such that the 5%-10% of the contract value takes the form of cash, with the remainder coming as shares, options, or convertible debt.
